May your sleep be deep and peaceful
May your dreams bring joy and smiles
When you wake may you be refreshed and renewed
And ready for MG and her trials.
May your day be stressless and restful
May you vision be crisp and clear
May your muscles be strong and carry you long
So you may face what it is that you fear.
May your loved ones and family support you
Be there when you need them the most
Provide love and and support,
When your strength falls far short
But there is still much work to be done.
May your Flakes make you smile when you need it.
May your Flakes make you cry when you must.
May your questions, your stories, your defeats, your glories,
Fall gently like the Flakes from above.”
